The AMG Studen SA was founded in 1977 as a subcontractor. Ten years later, Agathon took over and reorganized the company. This involved an investment in modern machinery and the leadership of the company being handed over to Mr Hermann Burri.
The AMG Studen SA does not manufactere its own products, but effectively takes over the manufacturing of mechanical parts for customers in the following industries:
- Medical technology
- Electrical engineering
- Machine industry
- Automation
- Vehicle industry
- Environmental technology
- Food industry
In the individual or mass production processes, the technical parts are manufactured in such processes as turning, milling, drilling and grinding. Further works – such as hardening and surface treatment – are given on an order basis to specialist companies. As a general contractor, AMG Studen SA delivers completely manufactured parts. |
