The Agathon 150 SL 30 CNC centerless grinding machine is suitable for a highly diverse part spectrum in the diameter range between 0.1 and 10mm and a maximum plunge length of 60mm.
Due to its excellent accessibility and retooling possibilities, the machine can be used for both small and large series.
The CNC grinding wheel dressing attachment enables the dressing of wheels in automatic cycle. Dressing amount, dressing interval and the number of repetitions are freely programmable.
The machine can be equipped with a diamond-roller dressing attachment (optional) to dress the grinding wheel.
The 150 SL 30 CNC can also be provided as simple execution without CNC dressing.
This machine fulfils the extreme requirements in µm-range regarding diameter tolerances, roundness, cylindricity and surface quality. |
