We are at the end of a year that was as challenging as it was fruitful. Such an eventful year would have been unthinkable without your partnership and trust. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the productive collaboration. We look back with pride on the many moments in which we set the course for the future together with you.
We have established new standards with the modernization and digitalization of our Precision Parts production - we now work paperless and have been able to significantly increase our efficiency. We were also able to take your customer experience to a new level with the customer experience platform. We cordially invite you to explore here. And we are already working on the next steps: In the coming year, you can expect exciting innovations from us in the machine sector. We are looking forward to sharing these innovations with you soon.
In this festive time of the year, we also remember those whose lives have been accompanied by major challenges. In particular, we would like to pay tribute to the work of the Sternentaler association, which is committed to helping families with seriously ill and disabled children as well as star children who are in urgent need of support. As in previous years, we will not be sending paper Christmas cards in 2023 and will instead make a donation to support the important work of the Sternentaler association.
