It’s already afternoon and then it happens: You urgently require a spare or wear part. Agathon customers have a great advantage in such cases. Our express service includes shipping standard parts on the same day if the order arrives by 15.30 on weekdays. Another scenario: You have inadvertently ordered the wrong part. Even in such a case there is no reason to be annoyed. Where other industrial OEMs consistently refuse to accept the return of unpacked parts, Agathon customers will be refunded up to 90 percent of the purchase price if they return unused and undamaged spare and wear parts to us within three months in their original packaging.

We provide these services as part of our SupplyCare service module, which is part of our new Agathon Care 360 service program. Within this service program, we are bundling a total of eight such modules, of which we presented the first three for the first time at EMO 2019. In addition to the above-mentioned SupplyCare, there were:

ProCare | Inspection agreements tailored to your needs
ExtendCare | Warranty extension

ProCare: We take care of the professional inspection of our customers’ Agathon machines at regular maintenance intervals. PowerGrind users can book ProCare especially for this option. The benefits of ProCare are obvious: machine availability is maintained and the risk of unplanned downtime is minimized. For our customers, we also prepare quotations for the replacement of defective or worn parts and offer a discount on spare parts

ExtendCare: As part of this module, we offer a warranty extension for spare parts for a maximum of six years from the date the machine is commissioned. In the event of damage, we send our customers the guaranteed original spare part without having to go through the entire internal ordering process. This guarantees a fast processing and a fast availability of the affected machine. ProCare and ExtendCare are available as a package.

With Agathon Care 360 we will provide our customers with a comprehensive 360-degree service. Until Agathon Care 360 is fully implemented, our existing services, such as application support and remote support, will remain available.
